That's your ADSL router, isn't it? I actually figured what could be
the problem - 1.0.0.0 is the IPv6 loopback address, :1, which suggests
your problem is IPv6 related. Disable IPv6 on both your Linux box
(can't see it enabled, though) and the router and give it a try.
