In Gnome, you set the preferred applications. I hope, something similar
will be there in Kontrol Center.
this is gnome (yes I am using gnome, because kde under fedora doesnt have gui
for system tasks (and yes, I like using gui for system tasks (and no, it is
not that I cannot use CLI, gui is quicker for the quick and dirty stuff)))
