[Ilugc] system hangs in root login

Have you selected the "Allow system administrator login" option under
security tab in gnome's login manager.. You can access it by pressing
F10..
I dont know exactly why your system hangs when you enter GUI as
root.. It must actually throw an error saying that root is not allowed
login..
