Fuctionality should be exactly the same however the UI would be
different in Windows, Linux and OS X especially the default theme and
preferences setup. You can have a UI design strategy for a
multiplatform application in two distinct ways. One would be to have the
same UI regardless of the platform. Another one would be to adopt the OS
guidelines so that it doesnt look alien in the non-primary systems.
Firefox does that latter.
