[jawsscripts] Adding text to user buffer and formatting messages.

Hello friends, I tried the following, and it broke, in place of
formatting the keys, It displayed as they are written in the jsm file.
UserBufferAddText ("Welcome to the interactive help system:", "", "",
"", 0, 0, 0, 0, false)
SayFormattedMessage (OT_User_Buffer, Value )
Value is the name of the message variable which is holding the Percent
key format, and I want this code to translate the keys as it does in
regular use.
