The only problem I see with copying the entire user folder is that you'll then 
end up with user versions of app scripts that are compiled for different JAWS 
versions than their shared counterparts. Confusing at the least (if you need to 
edit code and the lines mismatch, for example); or worse, you're now missing 
some new feature the shared version implements.
