Only tincy potential impact I see with Dennis's below, is that it seems to 
me possibly, that to be absolutely complete, she may also want the wee file 
called, VoiceProfiles.ini,
which resides one folder back from the main user settings folder, i.e. in 
english installations, in the, "Settings" folder, rather than in the "ENU" 
folder.)
