Their sample script does enstantiate the MSXML DOM. So may still be heavyweight... I suppose you could just feed the XML into a string, but then you still have to parse it with JAWS string functions which would not be a lot of fun. As for the JAWS cursor and the OSM, Windows 8 is changing the display driver again. My take from the latest Eric Damery podcast is its more limited than ever.
