yep no surprises at all there.
it sucks, and it's just flaky Gian I reckon eh.
it just is!

The best I reckon you can do is to just try and alert FS to this issue, but,
problem is, which I'm sure your not gunna be able to do, and which of course
will hamper you greatly, is for them to even repro the problem, and even
verify it in house at fs, they're gunna need coppies of the two versions of
the scratchLive product. although even then, if one of them happily shows
all the graphics, fs are gunna very quickly say to you, well, it's
scratchLive developer issue then, in something that they've done in their
coding to make it different such that jaws won't recognize them in that
other version etc. And, just trying yourself, as an end user non-developer,
to get to the bottom of these ones, and try and actually get the two
technical developers talking about the issue, in hopes that they might nut
out the problem between them, decide on whose repsonsibility it is, and
actually fix it, ... well let's just say I reckon the chances of you being
able to facilitate that happening, are slim. But, please, don't let that
stop you going to town on trying eh!
you jolly well go for it man!
just take your courage and patience and negotiative skills in both hands as
you do it.

these are the kind of underlying yet foundational flakyness type issues,
that I sooooo wish fs would actually care about addressing! but, which of
course, because they don't constitute a major hurdle to end user sales,
because of the fewer amount of blind people who are gunna be digging around
in their appps with the jawsCursor looking for reliable graphics labelling
etc,
it seems fs just tend to not prioritize. understandably I guess from a
commercial sense, but none-the-less jolly frustrating for those of us who
care. I remember just how incensed and frustrated I felt when I began to
notice their video hook dll's, were just blatently and 100 percent
reproduceably eliminating a whole slu of not only graphics, but OnScreen
text labels as well, from the osm, that earlier dll's blatently showed up
under jaws cursor as being there!

grumph!
