hmmm, well i'm kinda stumped then!
have you tried other keys than this one keystroke?
what version of jaws are you running?

when you assign your key to the pass through action in the main app set
then,
what mesage do you hear when you press the key?
anything? or is their just silence but you don't believe the key is
functioning in the app as it should?
if you press jaws+3, global one-shot next key pass through, then hit your
keystroke, does it perform the expected action then?

perhaps try reassigning the spot to another keystroke, probably by altering
it within the top line of the hsc definition for that spot, then saving it,
which should shove in the changes in their correct places etc,
just to see if the issue is keystroke dependent or not.
i.e. another keystroke that you know should do something in the application,
when a main app set is loaded in which that keystroke is not assigned.
if this fails, I'm just wondering whether per chance you managed to get a
bung install, where files haven't overwritten each other correctly, and your
running a previous version of hsc where this bug did occur?
let me know how this goes for you, and if no joy, maybe we could skype about
it?

my skype name is:

hotspot and selected to have the keystroke passed through to the
application, but it's still not working.
