Oh.  Well I'm very sorry.  But do you think they'd make a tool in Java that was 
for MSSQL?  And not only did they not care about that one particular program, 
but they told me that they specifically and purposely don't make their tools 
accessible.  What kind of company is that?  I mean my gosh!  Somebody should 
sue a company like that!  I know, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.  Forgive me.  It just 
makes me mad when the act of making a program inaccessible is on purpose.

My point was specifically that a tool for MSSQL is not likely to have
been created using java.  Simply an observation of the fact that java
is not nearly as popular with the MS targeting crowd in general.  It
wasn't a comment on MSSQL at all.
