[jawsscripts] Home row problems in citrix

Working in a citrix environment, I cannot get many of the home row mode
keystrokes to work. Do I need to be in full screen mode?
As an example, shift+F2 does nothing. The version of JAWS installed on the
network is JAWS 8.
