I've got 8.2.1.6 Dave.

And I d=honestly don't think it's a JTunes issue for them to have to work
around.  It's In my view, somewhere in implementation of screenReader and
MSAA, because with no scripts, both windoweyes and Jaws both seem to exhibit
the problem to me.
the scrolling upwards from the bottom pulling the list upwards I mean, not
the unable to move up and down in the list when one first tabs back in.  I
realize scripting could work around that one, but again, I'd be way keener
for ITunes or jaws to fix that internally, rather than relying on a third
party set of scripts to repair it.

But it's good to know that JTunes provides extra IPhone
funtionality/feedback then.
