[jawsscripts] MyExtensions for Other User Scripts

Does anybody use thee relatively new MyExtensions method of adding your
own scripts and functions to the default scripts? Is there a similar
layering method do the same thing for other application scripts, such as
Internet Explorer and Firefox?
My scripts that extend the scripts for these applications currently use
Jamal's merge method with JAWS Script Exchange. While this has worked
great, it basically requires the user to reinstall the scripts after
every update. If there is no MyExtensions method for applications, has
anyone found a way to simplify updating the _fs.jsb files after an update?
