[jawsscripts] New text event

Hi,

I am wanting to read the bottom line of a window if it changes.

For example if it says receiving 3 of 20 I want jfw to automaticallysay this.

But I want it to only talk every 8 seconds if something has changed.
Does anyone know how I could do this?
