[jawsscripts] ObjStateChangedEvent

Hi:
Could someone tell me when the ObjStateChangeEvent fires? I've got an
application, and looking atthe msaa properties through script utility mode
yields no state information, but when in a treeview the open/closed state is
still spoken. Also the TvGetFocusItemExpandedState only yields -1.
Anyone with any insights welcome.
