I am looking for a single (or pair of) program(s) to burn a CD or DVD
in either data or music modes, but the program has got to be super
easy and as close to fully accessible as it can possibly get. I found
some nice free ones from a company called DVDVideoSoft which almost
fit the bill. The problem with them are these:

1. The control ID's change! Yes, they really do! In fact, they are
assigned to be the same as the handles for each physical control! This
is easily worked around with an autostart event that maps the handles
for the windows by going GetNextWindow and GetPriorWindow to find what
I need and save the apppropriate handles. All the controls that you
can TAB to, talk very nicely. The one control to which you cannot TAB
is the window containing the space used on the disk, which changes as
files are added and removed from the compilation as it is built.

2. The aforementioned window is skipped in the TAB rotation, so I
thought I'd write a script to speak it with SayWindow. The problem is
that the static text that says "Disk space used" speaks perfectly when
I press the hot key, the window that has the actual number in it just
doesn't speak at all! Should I abandon these approaches and get a
different program, or is there something else I might do to make this
silent window give up its data? Remember, the two primary criteria
for program choice are simplicity and accessibility.

Thanks in advance.
