I don't know about the current version, but there is a CD/DVD/blueray app 
called starburn, its about 20 dollars last I checked and I used the jaws 
cursor about once a burn session to see the total time, so scripting it 
should be simple, other than that, and "discovering" that alt a opens the 
burn menu instead of needing to jaws cursor and find and left click what you 
want to do in the first window its a simple straight forward burning 
application and very versatile as well, oh, it will open, burn, or mount for 
review and use an iso image quickly and easily as well.

I have used versions 11 and 12, and haven't tried anything further as of 
yet.
I think you can find it with a Google, else I'll go digging for the address
