Hi, in your copy of JAWS there is a very good manual, called "basics of 
scripting manual". You can open this by going to start, then all 
programmes/programmes, <JAWS version> (where <JAWS version> is your actual 
JAWS version(s)), explore jaws, and press enter on explore the manuals. Down 
arrow till you hear a file beginning with basics, something like 
basics_of_scripting.chm. Hope that helps.
