I was thinking about this problem and wonder if the following workaround may work. I assume that the script in question is only available as a compiled .jsb file (no .jss source code). Try creating a container file that has a Use statement referencing the .jsb. Include the undefined constants at the top of the the container file (or in another .jsb that it references).
