Yes, in the manuals folder, in the file, BasicsOfScripting.CHM, in the book,
Windows Program Structure.

From version 10, & perhaps earlier.

There's not a lot, but enough to get you started.

Note, the documentation has not been updated since it was called, Home Row
Utility, & the old key combination is still promoted.
