Buffalo Springs Nature Trail highlight:

1 Rufous-crowned Sparrow (perched and singing loudly)

Lorenzo Playa highlights:

1 Wilson’s Phalarope
1 Greater Yellowlegs 
48 Northern Pintail

Dickens Springs highlights:

2 Black-crested Titmouse
6 Northern Flicker
Large number of Monarch Butterflies and bees enjoying the newly blooming 
honeysuckle.

I hope you were all able to enjoy at least a portion of the beautiful day 
outdoors. The recent rains seems to be enhancing the beauty tremendously.
