If it is a cerulean warbler. It’s a very good find!. Black-and-white warbler
is more likely and is the closest warble I think you could confuse with a
cerulean warbler.
What time did you see this bird yesterday?

I was driving down my street yesterday (16th off Quaker) and spotted a very
small bird getting some water from a puddle on the street. I got a good
look. No pic. It immediately flew into a very large oak where I watched a
bit. My ID keeps leading me to the Cerulean Warbler. Could it have been or
what else could it be. Moved very swiftly. Very small.
