Greetings All:
I visited a still quite flooded Clapp Park for an hour on Saturday
prevening - in hopes of snagging Common Nighthawk for the year list.
Highlights included 2 Blue-winged Teals, 1 Snowy Egret, 1 Green Heron, 2
Yellow-crowned Night Herons, 1 Brown Thrasher, and 1 male Bronzed Cowbird.
I added Common Nighthawk and, better late than never, Ladder-backed
Woodpecker to the park list for the year, bringing me up to 139 species of
bir at the site during 2015.
