Anthony - I distinctly remember a long discussion and believe you'll find the minutes show that we voted and decided on meetings starting at 6:30pm and ending no later than 8pm. The time of 7pm was the traditional time in the past and we voted to change it for future because, though scheduled for 60 minutes, meetings tended to last 90 minutes. I also remember the starting earlier and ending by 8pm was favored by those who thought families with children would be more likely to attend. I suggested a 6pm start time and we compromised on 6:30pm to allow some to go change clothes and grab a bite to eat after work before the meeting. And, I remember these discussions occurring among the larger group in the United Market Street Cafe - so I believe you'll find the agenda item and vote was made in the May meeting, not the June meeting. And, thanks for 'sticking to your guns' - I believe our board meeting minutes will back you up - but if I'm wrong, I'll be glad to repent and use the 7pm time for future meetings.
