Does anyone know what's going on with the Purina Bike trails? I usually enter
at the location near E. Erskine St & N. Globe, but was sad to see yesterday
that they are building a heavy-duty fence along E. Erskine St. There is also
now a "Private Property. You are being watched." sign up, as well as what looks
like a concrete entryway for a road leading into the property. Are they
developing it?
