Somebody, can't remember who, messaged me last fall that something was going on
there, trees removed etc. I said I'd investigate and forgot about it. The
bike trails go back 15+ years and were built/improved by members of the Caprock
Tri-Sport Club (actually a cycling group into MTB and cyclocross) that
disbanded about 2007.
Is the way in open from Parkway?
That is/was city property. Maybe somebody at Parks & Rec would know.

St & N. Globe, but was sad to see yesterday that they are building a heavy-duty
fence along E. Erskine St. There is also now a "Private Property. You are
being watched." sign up, as well as what looks like a concrete entryway for a
road leading into the property. Are they developing it?
