I thought that was the time period. I was in CA at Guide Dogs for the Blind
and we flew back in bad weather on Tuesday May 5th and it was quite soggy
thereafter.
I had a client tell me that prior to the drainage work
at TT Park there had been a sailboat in the park after one particular deluge.

It was explained to me once that Tech Terrace Park is actually the
overflow for Maxey Park (if it should ever rain that hard). I have seen
Tech Terrace park flooded up to and into the street.
