1 Bewick's Wren
2 Blue-gray Gnatcatchers
1 Blue Grosbeak
1 Bullock's Oriole
1 Red-headed Woodpecker (yay!)
1 Swainson's Hawk
6 Wild Turkeys
1 Bronzed Cowbird
12 White-crowned Sparrow
2 Chipping Sparrows
Cardinals and Western Kingbirds were numerous.

Whitney and I did some running around today for the City Nature Challenge.
We started at Lubbock Lake Landmark.which had the same highlights others have
already reported.
4 White-faced Ibis
2 Solitary Sandpipers
We did notice that one of the Ibises was significantly larger than the two next
to it. We weren't able to get close enough to see any markings, but we thought
it was interesting (see photos

Next we went to the V8 Ranch and had a great time there.

On the way home we also saw a Blue Grosbeak on Olive Ave.
