Kassie, I live at CR7300 & PR 3550 and that GHOwl spends many nights on the
peak of my roof! I haven’t seen any of my skunks lately and I’m giving him(?)
credit for it! Good photo!

venturing out there the last couple of weeks to see the painted buntings and
whatever else I can find. I've see several painted buntings males and
females, Ash throated flycatcher, blue grosbeaks, dove, swainson's hawk,
turkey vultures, eastern bluebirds, and 2 woodpeckers (possible Red-bellied)
The woodpeckers kept flying from one side of the road to the other. They
were loud and seemed stressed. That is when I noticed this guy, see photo
below. I believe he is a Great Horned Owl. Lifer!! I've always wanted to
see one. He was majestic and I think he was pissing off the woodpeckers!!
