Credo tu sia in errore, proprio al link che hai postato ci sono vari
confronti e valutazioni che riguardano proprio windows, tipo:
* sta parlando della struttura e nomenclatura dei downloads sul sito:

La verità è che visita un paio di siti M$, compie una serie di
operazione e utilizza una serie di servizi sul suo XP. Di tutti non
ne salva uno, con critiche pesanti non solo all'estetica ma
soprattutto alle funzionalità, rivelando nel frattempo la sua opinione
(negativa) su vari altri servizi, più o meno "core".
La cosa incredibile è che sia Bill Gates, "l'uomo più ricco del
mondo", la prima persona pagata da M$ ad accorgersi di quel
guazzabuglio di incogruenze che è windows, come se non avessero nessun
feedback da beta tester o altri con un ruolo simile.
