Da qui sembra che il driver per il tuo chip sia thinkpad_acpi -
conferma se è caricato davvero (con "lsmod|grep thinkpad_acpi").
A seconda di come è configurato il kernel che usi, questo driver può
esporre o meno un parametro per configurare l'emulazione software
dello switch di accensione del BT. Cerca il parametro
"dbg_bluetoothemul" nell'output di "/sbin/modinfo thinkpad_acpi": se
c'è, puoi provare la soluzione proposta qui:
