Quindi stai installando da sorgenti, giusto?
Probabilmente non hai installato il package libqt3-mt-dev e forse avrai
bisogno anche di libqt3-compat-headers.

A giudicare dalle dipendenze, il .deb è compilato per sarge (stable). Non
pensarci neanche di riuscire ad installarlo, compilalo dai sorgenti.
