Dear Team YETI
Centre for Water Resource Management (CWRM) at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad is
organizing a two-days Online Training Programme for B. Tech., M. Tech.,
B.Sc., M.Sc. and Research Scholars during 7th & 8th July 2022.
The goal of this online training programme is to introduce Remote Sensing
data analysis and application using Google Earth Engine for wide
application in water resource management. The course will be an initiative
by the CWRM at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad which will promote the application of free
remote sensing data for environmental decision making.
The training programme will consist of an introductory lecture on Google
Earth Engine interface and JavaScript programming, introduction to remote
sensing data and its processing, processing of Remote Sensing data from
Google Earth Engine and followed by a case study lecture by Faculty Expert.
