Dear Sir/Madam,
The Department of Zoology, Sikkim University is organizing a National
Conference entitled āEmerging Challenges and Prospects in Biological
Sciencesā during February 23-24, 2023. Although the conference is on
Biological Sciences, one of the important themes is ecology, Biodiversity
and Conservation Biology. The keynote speaker Professor Maharaj K. Pandit
is a renowned ecologist from Delhi University. Additionally, two eminent
ecologists from India- Dr. Krushnamegh Kunte from NCBS, Bangalore and Dr.
Umesh Srinivasan from IISC, Bangalore are the lead speakers in the ecology
session which will also witness 10-12 oral and some poster presentations.
