Dear Colleagues,

I want to inform you about Foundation Center’s new platform
*FundingtheOcean.org* <http://fundingtheocean.org/>, which launched this
week.

The site is a dynamic online knowledge hub designed to track, inform and
inspire ocean conservation philanthropy and see who all are working on SDG
Goal 14: Life Below Water.

I invite you to explore its many features which include:

·         A Funding <http://fundingtheocean.org/funding-map/> Map that
shows who is funding what, and where in ocean conservation including grants
data from foundations, bi- and multi-lateral funding, and U.S. government
sources as well as profiles of grassroots NGOs working on ocean
conservation efforts;

·         A Resource Center <http://fundingtheocean.org/resources/> full of
lessons from funders and practitioners in the ocean conservation
philanthropic space, including curated research, reports, case studies, and
more; and

·         An Online Community <http://fundingtheocean.org/online-community/>,
where  you can get to know other peers working in the field.

On *Tuesday, 4/18 from 12-1pm U.S. Eastern Time*, my colleague will be
