*Interns are needed!*
As part of my study into the vocalisation of birds in Ranikhet,
Uttarakhand, I am seeking interns to assist with fieldwork.
*Requirements*
Requirements
- Must be capable of working in steep terrain
- Applicants with an interest in avifaunal research and a basic
understanding of sampling methods, avifauna, and animal behaviour
- Minimum commitment of two months
- A valid driver's licence and 2 wheeler driving skills are required
- Interns are required to finish their assignments in a timely way
This is an unpaid position. Basic food, accommodation and travel during the
fieldwork will be covered. Candidates who are motivated to learn and ready
to volunteer are also encouraged to apply.
On successful completion, a token of honorarium and certificate will be
provided to the candidates.
