IIT Kharagpur*
Dear YETI members,
Greetings from IIT Kharagpur!
We have the pleasure to inform you that the *Centre for Ocean, River,
Atmosphere and Land Sciences (CORAL)*, IIT Kharagpur is organizing the *3rd
International Workshop on ‘Biodiversity and Climate Change – Sustainable
Development Perspective’* during 1*6‐19 February, 2023* at *IIT
Kharagpur* (*brochure
attached*).
The workshop specifically focuses on: understanding feedbacks between
biosphere and climate change, and exploring future prospects with space
technology and advanced modelling to achieve net‐zero targets. A field
excursion has been planned towards the end of the workshop (to
Sundarbans/Similipal Biosphere Reserve).
Kindly note the *extension in dates for abstract submission and
registration*. We welcome you all to participate and contribute to the
workshop!
