monofloral and multifloral honey using different chemical solvents
● Metabolome analysis using analytical tools like HPLC, LC- MS/MS etc.
● Short listing of the Honey mediated formulations in the use
● *In vitro* assay using intestinal cell lines
● Differential gene expressions
