*1) PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE*
*Location:* Vidyavihar, Mumbai (With occasional to frequent travel)
*Requisite Qualification:* Master’s in any discipline OR Bachelor’s in
Engineering/ Architecture. A degree/ diploma in Education/ Tourism will be
an added advantage.
*Requisite Experience*: 0-2 years, preferably in education or educational
tourism
*Specific skills required for the role:* Good public-speaking skills;
effective verbal and written communication with persons of diverse age
groups and academic backgrounds; interest in diverse subjects and
non-formal educational methods; basic trekking and nature study skills; and
physical fitness for outdoor work.
*Detailed Job Description: *
1) Helping to design indoor and outdoor educational programmes of short and
long duration for school-students.
2) Conducting such programmes, including overseeing logistics and
coordinating with resource persons, clients and contractors.
3) Identifying experiential learning opportunities in current school
curricula and designing educational programmes around them.
4) Providing logistical support, as required, to all programmes organized
by SCEL
*Type of Employment:* Yearly Contract
*Salary:* INR 3,00,000/- to 3,50,000/- p.a.
*2) SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER*
*Location:* Vidyavihar, Mumbai (With occasional travel)
*Requisite Qualification*: Master’s in any discipline OR Bachelor’s in
Engineering/ Architecture. A degree/ diploma in Education/ Tourism will be
an added advantage.
*Requisite Experience*: 4-6 years, preferably in education or training
*Specific skills required for the role:* Effective verbal and written
communication with persons of diverse age groups and academic backgrounds;
liaising, networking and negotiation skills; managing events; writing
reports; basic accounting; and physical fitness for outdoor work.
*Detailed Job Description: *
1) Designing, executing and reporting on experiential learning programmes
in different subject areas and for diverse target-groups.
2) Staying well-informed of current events and devising topical learning
experiences based on them.
3) Liaising with external institutions and individuals to identify
potential clients, resource persons and service-providers.
4) Formulating educational content, outreach material and project
proposals.
5) Managing the execution, logistics and budgeting, as required, of
programmes organized by SCEL.
*Type of Employment:* Yearly Contract
*Salary:* INR 6,00,000/- to 6,50,000/- p.a.
