(28-29 January 2020 (6 pm -7:30 pm IST))
*This workshop will introduce you to the 'ggplot2' library which is one of
the most widely used packages for detailed data visualization in R today.*
*TOPICS*: Brief introduction to the ggplot2 package, quick plotting using
qplot function, plotting different types of graphs (histograms, barcharts,
piecharts, scatter and line plots, boxplots as well as ribbon and violin
plots) followed by editing and customizations of these plots to make them
publication ready.
PARTICIPANTS: Anyone who has a basic understanding of data structures and
data visualization in R.
