*TGISlab* is going to organise SDM Workshop Module for all related
discipline researchers/academicians. Basic aim of TGIS is to provide
GIS platform to as many people as possible and to use GIS
for environmental & forestry applications. *We believe in long lasting

*1. All basic/Advance GIS operations from Digitisation to Making Maps in
Open Source GIS, Downloading/Interpret satellite data as per your need, DEM
Analysis (Slope, Aspect, Hill shade etc), GPS data import/export, Map
composer.*
*2. SDM using R package and plugins with easy method without coding with
sample datasets.*
*3. SDM Using MAXENT and various datasets provided at TGIS with easy
explanation with sample datasets.*
*YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN DATA FOR PRACTICE.*
*Benefits of attending this workshop *
*1.* Customized *Hands on Operations with R package, MAXENT and GIS
operations* will be helpful to create results for any species of
flora/fauna, also *participants will get certificate* for attending this
workshop.
*2.* Researchers/Students who are working for landscape ecology/species
distribution *can publish a good quality papers in approved reputed
journals* using these statistical methods.
*3. *One can work on *Past/current/Future trends of species habitats* over
the period of time with graphical representation. Decision makers can take

species over the ground data.
