The following technologies are being investigated for possible Emmy-award recognition. The fact that there is an investigation does not mean there will be an award. It’s also possible that there will be multiple awards per technology.

Generally, the investigators have two questions to answer:
1. Has the technology materially affected television?
2. If so, who deserves Emmy-award recognition?

The “who” may be an individual, a company, or an organization. For the scanning one, a third question is where the Emmy should go.

If you have any information you think will be useful, please contact me at tvmark@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, and I’ll get it to the appropriate investigative subcommittees.
