And frankly, I can't believe you would give any credibility at all, to an FCC
Chairman who doesn't know the difference between a telecom service and the
users of the service. That kind of profound ignorance does not need to be
tolerated, by the American taxpayer.
Don’t get your hope up Bert. NO Congress is going to implement the Net
Neutrality rules of the Obama/Wheeler era. The problems with the Internet today
have NOTHING to do with non-neutral ISPs. There is too much competition
already, and the competition is going to increase dramatically over the next
few years as we see 5G wireless to the home deployed by at least four major
competitors.
What Congress needs to do is deal with the monopolistic edge services that are
blocking, demonetizing, and illegally sharing and selling end-user data.
