Apparently Bert has little confidence in the aspirations of his employer to
adapt to an evolving marketplace.
I guess this just confirms what I have suspected all along - Bert loves
"natural monopolies" and is thrilled that the FCC created yet another monopoly
via the Open Internet Order.
