This is actually a significant discovery you made, IMO, Peter.

I looked at the Novatech site, under LCD and plasma TVs. They list four
sets under their own brand name. Two are analog, 27" and 32", and two
have built-in DTT, 37" and 42".

*Both* of the sets with built-in DTT are DVB-T/ATSC sets.

Remember you saw it here first, years ago now, that achieving this
seemingly impossible feat was in fact a doable do. I agree that
eventually, maybe already now, the price difference of doing this
becomes small enough to make it worthwhile. In their case, they have no
DVB-T-only sets to compare, but converting to USD the prices are not
bad. The 37" goes for ~$1370.

Now, Novatech, how about a DVB-T/ATSC DVD recorder and PVR? There's no
reason on earth why these DTV products should not be made available
worldwide anymore.
