Are you saying that the unused space becomes more useable, therefore there is more "white-space"? Because here in LV, there are more broadcast channels than ever and less overall spectrum to put them in since the transition. So there is actually less unused spectrum, useable or not. So to me, there is really less white-space than before the transition but I suppose one could make the argument that the space that is open is now more useable. Dan
