As far as I can tell, the standalone installer does not come with
iToons.
That's what I routinely use and I haven't seen any sign of iToons.

And since the standalone is the same for 2000/XP/98/ME, I suspect the
only difference between the online installers for the various flavors of
Windows is the presence/absence of iToons.
