Of course. Possibly, transmit that event only on the M/H channel, for instance. 
(Which then provides an incentive for having the M/H STB even in your home 
system.)

That all depends on how popular M/H becomes. It's a bit of a catch 22, as 
always, but don't sports fans like to go to the ball game and listen to the 
game on the radio at the same time? The more eyeballs, the more effective the 
ads.

And cutting out access to the spectators who are at the games, or to fanatics 
who are on the move.

So in short, I don't think it makes sense to automatically rule out M/H sports 
"because most sports aren't transmitted OTA anymore," as that article stated. 
Unless you happen to be in the employ of an MVPD, naturally. These things CAN 
change, and would change, if it weren't for the underhanded dealing.
