Because linear TV IS NOT going away.

Yes, there will be a shift to VOD for many forms of content - I have stated
this consistently. But a portion of the audience will still watch their
favorite shows when they air on the linear channels, and some content will
continue to be live.

This is not an all or nothing situation. Just new options.
